Keki Sidhwa was born in Bombay, India. After studying in Bombay University, he graduated from the Edinburgh College of Natural Therapeutics and the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy. He is co-founder and president of the British National Hygiene Society.
He talks about the importance of pure and living food. He explains that a "doctor" is a teacher, pointing a finger to the right path. We must realize that healing comes from within. Spirituality depends of how much you are willing to examine yourself.
Dr. Sidhwa talks about fasting and how it enables you to listen to your body. Fasting helps you to concentrate on your past and review your lifestyle.
Living Food Films is a project of Vision Earth Society. We create documentary films about people who choose a raw and living food diet for better health and longevity.
